Dalian Jiachuang Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd. operates a fully integrated casting production line. By adhering to standardized operating procedures, we ensure that every casting meets our customers' rigorous specifications for material integrity and dimensional accuracy. Our core production stages include:

1. Sand Reclamation and Processing:

Prior to casting, we process our foundry sand through a professional reclamation system. This system effectively removes impurities from used sand while performing cooling and property restoration. This ensures the sand maintains optimal permeability and strength—fundamental requirements for achieving a superior surface finish on the final castings.

2. Molding and Preparation:

In our pre-casting workshop, technicians create sand molds based on precise engineering drawings. We maintain a strictly managed molding environment to ensure all molds are properly organized and cavities are thoroughly cleaned. The focus of this stage is dimensional precision, providing a reliable foundation for the subsequent pouring process.

3. Metal Melting and Composition Control:

The melting stage is critical for ensuring material performance. We prepare batches according to specific material grades, Such as austenitic stainless steel, carbon steel, etc., and conduct furnace-side composition analysis during high-temperature melting. Molten metal is only released for pouring once both its chemical composition and temperature strictly align with technical requirements.


4. Pouring Operations:

Refined molten metal is transferred to the molding area via specialized pouring ladles. Our operators strictly control the pouring velocity and flow rate to ensure the steel fills the mold cavity smoothly. This precision is essential to preventing internal defects such as blowholes or slag inclusions.

5. Shakeout, Cleaning, and Grinding:

Once the castings have solidified and cooled, they enter the post-processing phase. This stage involves shakeout (sand removal), the removal of gates and risers, and surface grinding. Through a combination of mechanical cleaning and manual secondary checks, we remove excess metal and residual sand to ensure the casting’s profile meets delivery standards.

6. Inspection and Warehousing:

Finished castings are categorized and stored in our casting warehouse. Before final acceptance, quality inspectors perform comprehensive visual checks, dimensional measurements, and any required physical or chemical testing. Our warehouse management system tracks the status of every batch, ensuring that all orders are delivered on time and in full compliance with quality standards.
