Jiachuang Company has been in operation for over 15 years. Initially specializing as a mold manufacturer in the casting industry, under the leadership of its founder Mr. Zhao, the company has evolved from a small workshop into a production enterprise integrating mold, casting, and machining for metal component manufacturing. By 2026, the company is estimated to employ approximately 320 staff members.
The three current factories are located at different production sites. At present, the foundry factory has become a leading supplier of high-end components for the pump industry. We possess extensive experience in collaboration and supply with multinational corporations and domestic professional large-scale enterprises. Additionally, through interactions with domestic and international clients, we have incorporated their suggestions and guidance to continuously optimize internal processes, ensuring both quality and delivery timelines. By implementing these improvements, we have secured additional orders from customers.
Currently, Jiachuang Metal primarily produces pump castings for axial flow pumps, mixed flow pumps, split-case pumps, and end-suction pumps etc which are used in industries such as petrochemicals,nuclear,oil and gas, LNG,marine etc.
The year 2026 marks a fresh start, with Jiachuang Metal focusing half its efforts on expanding and maintaining overseas markets while ensuring domestic market stability. The company's overseas goal this year is to increase the proportion of total sales and enter the high-end overseas market. A relocation to a new factory is planned for this year, which will expand production capacity, site, production equipment, and facilities, laying a solid foundation for the growth of overseas orders.
