Aluminum Molds: As seen in our workshop photos, we utilize CNC machining to create high-precision Aluminum Molds.

Application: The Spiral Guide Vane molds (shown in the second photo) are a perfect example. The complex curvature of guide vanes requires the stability of aluminum to ensure that every vane directs flow exactly as calculated, without the warping issues sometimes seen in wood patterns.

3. Advanced Casting: Urea Core & Welding.

For impellers—the heart of the pump—internal surface finish is everything. We employ two advanced techniques:

Urea Core Process: For enclosed impellers, we use water-soluble urea cores. Once dissolved, they leave a glass-smooth internal passage that traditional sand casting cannot achieve. This directly translates to higher pump efficiency for your customers.

Welding Process: For larger or inaccessible geometries, we cast components separately and use precision welding. This allows for polishing of internal vanes before final assembly.

4. Final Precision: CNC Machining Centers:

After the advanced casting process, our CNC Machining Centers take over. Whether it's the keyway of a urea-core impeller or the flange of a guide vane, our equipment ensures tolerances within microns.
