The BB1 Advantage: For axially split casings, the sealing surface flatness is critical. Thanks to our large gantry mills (shown in the previous section), we machine the entire split surface in a single setup. This guarantees perfect alignment between the upper and lower halves, preventing leakage under high pressure.
The BB2 Precision: For multi-stage BB2 casings, internal concentricity is key. Our machining process ensures the bearing housing and seal chambers are perfectly aligned.
