According to customs data, from January to October 2024, the total import and export volume of 20 HS codes of castings in my country was 5.172 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 12.31%, and the total import and export value was 157.5 trillion, a year-on-year increase of 6.92%; among them, exports accounted for the main part, with an export volume of 5.066 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 12.39%, and a total export value of US$14.19 billion, a year-on-year increase of 5.78%; the import volume was 106,000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 8.72%, and the total import value was US$1.56 billion, a year-on-year increase of 18.62%.
Among them, the total import and export volume of 20 HS codes in October was 515,000 tons, an increase of 13.33% year-on-year and 0.93% month-on-month, and the total import and export value was 15.72 trillion, an increase of 11.4% year-on-year and 1.61% month-on-month; the export volume was 50,500 tons, an increase of 13.45% year-on-year, and the total export value was 1.43 billion US dollars, an increase of 12.36% year-on-year and 1.68% month-on-month; the import volume was 9,500 tons, an increase of 7.54% year-on-year and 8.82% month-on-month; the total import value was 142 million US dollars, an increase of 2.54% year-on-year and 0.96% month-on-month.

From January to October 2024, the export volume of ferrous castings was 1.881 million tons, an increase of 21.2% year-on-year, and the export value was 3.46 billion US dollars, an increase of 10.5% year-on-year. The export volume in October was 191,000 tons, up 14.5% year-on-year and 3.8% month-on-month; the export value was US$334 million, up 27.12% year-on-year and 0.47% month-on-month.
From January to October 2024, the export volume of auto parts was 2.408 million tons, up 10.84% year-on-year, and the export value was US$6.763 billion, up 7.55% year-on-year. The export volume in October was 237,000 tons, up 17.56% year-on-year and down 1.83% month-on-month, and the export value was US$696 million, up 17.94% year-on-year and up 2.13% month-on-month.
From January to October 2024, the export volume of aluminum alloy wheels was 778,000 tons, down 0.69% year-on-year, and the export value was US$3.963 billion, down 0.78% year-on-year. In October, the export volume was 76,800 tons, up 0.36% year-on-year and 1.81% month-on-month; the export value was US$401 million, up 6.82% year-on-year and 1.64% month-on-month.
