How sand casting impeller works：
When the chemical pump starts, the motor drives the pump shaft, causing the sand casting impeller to rotate at high speed. The blades on the sand casting impeller push the liquid to rotate together. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid is thrown from the center of the sand casting impeller to the edge, and the speed and kinetic energy continue to increase. After the high-speed flow of liquid enters the pump housing, due to the gradual expansion of the flow channel of the pump housing, the flow rate of the liquid slows down, and part of the kinetic energy is converted into hydrostatic energy, and finally discharged from the pump outlet at a higher pressure. At the same time, a low pressure zone is formed in the center of the sand casting impeller. Under the action of external pressure, the liquid is continuously sucked into the sand casting impeller, which realizes the continuous delivery of the liquid.
