Safety Production Management Training

To further enhance the safety awareness and management skills of all employees and strengthen the company's safety production defenses, our company recently held a two-day special training course on safety production management. This training aimed to thoroughly implement national safety production laws and regulations, strengthen the company's primary responsibility for safety, improve employees' risk identification and emergency response capabilities, and solidify the safety foundation for the company's high-quality development. From December 4th to 5th, over one hundred people, including middle and senior management personnel, team leaders, and key frontline employees from various departments, participated in the training, which took place in the company's conference room and some workshops.

Safety Production Management Training

The training content was rich and highly targeted, closely combined with the production characteristics and potential risks of the casting industry. Senior safety experts in the industry were specially invited to give lectures, using a combination of theoretical explanations, case studies, on-site teaching, and interactive Q&A to ensure that participating employees could understand, master, and apply the knowledge. The training course mainly focused on the following core topics:

It emphasized the company's primary responsibility in safety production and clarified the job safety responsibilities of managers at all levels and frontline employees. Through the analysis of typical accident cases, trainees gained a deep understanding of the serious consequences of illegal and irregular operations.

Targeting the high-risk operations unique to the foundry industry, the training provided in-depth explanations of identification methods, assessment standards, and effective control measures for typical risks such as molten metal splashes, high-temperature burns, mechanical injuries, falls from heights, and confined space operations.

The training emphasized the correct selection, wearing, and daily maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE), stressing that every employee should use protective gear correctly.

Furthermore, the training systematically introduced the development and drills of emergency plans, as well as accident reporting and handling procedures. Through simulations and scenario analysis, it improved employees' self-rescue and mutual-aid capabilities and emergency response efficiency in the face of emergencies such as fires, electric shocks, mechanical failures, poisoning, and burns.

The training also introduced the advanced 5S workplace management concept, guiding employees on how to create a clean, orderly, safe, and efficient work environment through the implementation of sorting, setting in order, sweeping, cleaning, and sustaining. Simultaneously, it provided detailed explanations of safe operating procedures for key processes such as hoisting and smelting operations, emphasizing the importance of daily inspection and maintenance of equipment and facilities to prevent safety accidents caused by equipment failures at the source.

Company leaders attended the opening ceremony of the training program and delivered important speeches. They emphasized that safe production is the lifeline of the company's development and the fundamental guarantee of employee well-being. They urged all employees to deeply understand the importance of safe production, internalize the learned knowledge, and put it into practice, strictly abiding by all safety regulations and systems, ensuring "no harm to oneself, no harm to others, and no being harmed by others," and jointly creating a positive atmosphere where "everyone talks about safety and everything is for safety."

The company continuously conducts regular safety training to prevent hazards from occurring. Each training session will include targeted explanations, and the company will increase safety investment and strengthen daily supervision and inspection to lay a solid safety foundation for the company's high-quality development.
